朱新华博士、教授
河海大学公共管理学院院长,江苏省紫金文化优青,中国国土经济学会青年工作委员会委员。主要从事资源经济与政策研究。在Land Use Policy、Socio-Economic Planning Sciences、《农业经济问题》等期刊发表论文40余篇。主持国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社会科学基金、江苏省社科基金等项目。获江苏省社科应用研究精品工程一等奖、江苏省智库研究与决策咨询优秀成果二等奖等。
